Christian oversees company operations, client experience, and the systems that keep 7C running behind the scenes. He also leads the company’s website and social media presence, helping connect the 7C brand with clients from their first interaction through the building process.

Jacob manages projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and jobsite progress to keep each build on track.

Bre keeps the 7C office running smoothly, managing paperwork, client and vendor correspondence, billing, and the countless details behind every project. As the team’s unofficial “office mom,” she keeps everyone organized, on track, and taken care of.

Chris helps turn a client’s ideas into a buildable design, working through layouts, selections, and project details to create a home that fits both their vision and lifestyle.

Hector oversees day-to-day jobsite activity, coordinating crews and trades while keeping a close eye on workmanship, progress, and the details that make a 7C build stand out.

David leads our crews in the field, coordinating day-to-day construction and making sure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to 7C standards. He helps turn the plans on paper into the finished product our clients call home.
