If something isn't right with how we built your home — a door that isn't hanging quite square, a seam that needs attention, a finish that isn't holding up the way it should — we come back and make it right. Your Systems and Fixtures Are Covered Too

The major systems and components in your barndominium — things like your HVAC system, water heater, plumbing fixtures, appliances, metal panels and roofing, windows and doors, septic and well equipment, and garage door openers — are backed by warranties directly from the manufacturers who build them. In a lot of cases, those warranties run well beyond our first-year coverage.
If you ever need to file a claim down the road, we're happy to help point you in the right direction — you're never on your own trying to figure it out.

Our one-year workmanship warranty covers the quality of our construction — the way your home was built and put together. If something related to our craftsmanship needs attention during that first year, we take care of it.
What about my HVAC, appliances, and other systems?
Those are covered by warranties directly from their manufacturers, which often extend well beyond one year. We register your products during the build so your coverage starts on day one, and we're glad to help if you ever need to use it.
